I will never stay there again.
Breakfast was very good, room was clean and the shower was great.
Dinner was disappointing and rather poor, we ordered from the al la carte menu and the food arrived just 2 minutes after we placed the order!which seemed strange ? I believe, it was all prepared well in advance and just reheated and that affected the quality of the food we ordered. Also did not like , I needed to pay two different credit card payments in advance on arrival at the hotel I was advised this was to cover expenditure incidentals ( food / beverages ) and the room charge, on checking out I had to pay total amount I spent by credit card again I explained I have already paid in advance on arrival ? I was then informed my payment card will be reimbursed in a day or two time despite my total ‘spend’ was below the amount I paid as a deposit on arrival!

Perfect stopover
The pool was lovely, and the food was delicious. We had a fridge I our room and it was a pet friendly hotel so we were able to bring our little dog.
It is our 4th time staying in this hotel as it is pet friendly and perfect for a stopover night. The hotel overall is fab. However, the carpet in the bedroom was dated and worn off. I can't remember if that was a problem before, but our breakfast coffees were terrible (cappuccino and americanos). Maybe it was the machine ????
